Our First Crufts!

Wow oh wow was Crufts good fun! It was our first ever visit to Crufts competing with our dogs and we had great fun! Both Nigel and Dotty qualified for Crufts and so we were there over two days. To say my dogs did my proud is an understatement - I am SO proud of them! We may not have placed with either dog but they were stars and went the best they've ever done. The rings are big, crowded with spectators and with very large classes for both dogs too so I felt incredibly privileged just to be there showing my dogs.

Both dogs took it all in their stride and I was especially proud of Dotty for mastering her free-stand and doing it so beautifully! Nigel too stood wonderfully and was very attentive to me (though as always, likes to give the judge his winning smile when she wandered past!).

We are all absolutely exhausted after Crufts, it's incredibly tiring but such good fun! We have met some truly wonderful people, everyone was very friendly and there were some absolutely stunning Border Collies and Jack Russell Terriers competing.
